The program commenced with opening remarks delivered by Dr. Amare Deribew of ABH Partners, setting a collaborative tone for the day's sessions.

Delivering a powerful keynote address, Dr. Hora Teno, Deputy Director of Clinical Services at the Oromia Regional Health Bureau, reframed global quality standards.
