This strategic partnership with the NIDP will strengthen Ethiopia's national digital identity drive, delivering a unique and trusted digital identity to every citizen.

ABH Partners aims to register millions of Ethiopian citizens during the project period, marking a critical step in the country's broader digital transformation and inclusive development agenda. The registration program will be implemented across the following regions.

• Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa City Administrations
• Oromia Regional State in Sheger City Administration, East and West Hararghe Zones
• Harari, Somali, Gambella and Benishangul-Gumuz Regional States

አዲስ አበባ፣ ኢትዮጵያ - ሐምሌ 28/2018 ዓ.ም፡- ኤቢኤች ፓርትነርስ ጥብቅ በሆነ በዓለም አቀፍ የጨረታ ሒደት ውስጥ አልፎ የፋይዳ ብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ፕሮግራም ሱፐር ኤጀንት በመሆን ተመረጠ፡፡ ከሦስቱ ሱፐር ኤጀንቶች አንዱ የሆነው ኤቢኤች ፓርትነርስ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ፣ ዜጎችን ማዕከል ያደረገ እና ከፍተኛ ጥራት ያለው የዲጂታል መታወቂያ ምዝገባ አገልግሎቶችን የሚመራ ሲሆን ይህንንም በሐቀኝነት፣ በሙያዊ ብቃት እና በላቀ የሥራ አፈፃፀም ያከናውናል፡፡ ከብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ፕሮጀክት ጋር የተደረገው ይህ ስትራቴጂካዊ አጋርነት የኢትዮጵያን ብሔራዊ ዲጂታል መለያ ዘመቻ በማጠናከር ለእያንዳንዱ ዜጋ ልዩና ተአማኒነት ያለው የዲጂታል ማንነትን የሚያረጋግጥ ነው፡፡

ኤቢኤች ፓርትነርስ በፕሮጀክቱ የጊዜ ገደብ ውስጥ ሚሊዮኖችን ለመመዝገብ ያለመ ሲሆን ይህም የአገሪቱን ሰፊ የዲጂታል ሽግግርና አካታች የልማት አጀንዳ ወደ ወሳኝ ምዕራፍ ያሸጋግረዋል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡ የምዝገባ መርሐ-ግብሩ በሎት 1 ውስጥ በተካተቱት አካባቢዎች ላይ የሚተገበር ሲሆን እነዚህም የአዲስ አበባ እና የድሬዳዋ ከተማ አስተዳደሮች፣ በኦሮሚያ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት ሥር የሚገኙት የሸገር ከተማ አስተዳደር እንዲሁም የምሥራቅ እና የምዕራብ ሐረርጌ ዞኖች፣ የሶማሌ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት፣ የሐረሪ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት፣ የጋምቤላ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት እና የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት ናቸው፡፡

ኤቢኤች ፓርትነርስ ይህንን ደኅንነቱ የተጠበቀ እና በቀላሉ ተደራሽ የሆነ የምዝገባ አገልግሎት በማመቻቸቱ መንግሥት ለዜጎች መሠረታዊ የሆኑ አገልግሎቶችን በቀላሉ የማዳረስ ግቡን እንዲያሳካ የሚደግፈው ይሆናል፡፡
