With a proven track record of delivering more than a hundred projects in collaboration with civil society organizations, UN agencies, and government ministries, the division has consistently provided high-quality program evaluations, implementation research, third-party monitoring, and direct program execution. Building on this extensive experience, Alliance Consulting has developed a robust strategic plan to further expand its portfolio through innovative approaches and strategic partnerships with both local and international stakeholders. Alliance Academy, the flagship education division of ABH Partners, delivers its academic programs in partnership with Jimma University, a collaboration that began with training in 2011, grew into joint postgraduate (PG) programs in 2013, and was reinitiated and expanded in 2025 under the Alliance Academy brand. While our academic programs continue to be delivered jointly with Jimma University, Alliance Academy itself develops and delivers a broad portfolio of academic and professional offerings, including short-term trainings (STTs), accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, and flexible e-learning, all designed to combine rigorous academic content with practical, workplace ready skills. Today, we proudly offer 11 postgraduate and 4 undergraduate programs, with many more on the way as we continue to expand our impact in Ethiopia and beyond.
