End-line evaluation

USAID, Ethiopia; Yekokeb Berhan program for highly vulnerable children in Ethiopia: End-line evaluation (January 2017- May 2017):

Yekokeb Berhan program worked to improve the lives of HVC and their families in focus regions. The program strengthened the capacities of regional and local government and civil societies to provide, manage and monitor integrated and comprehensive care to HVC and their families. The program established effective and efficient monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning (MERL) systems ensuring evidence-based programming and policy formulation. ABH conducted the end-line evaluation of this program by using both quantitative and qualitative study methods. End-line data was generated and compared with the baseline and the midline evaluations done in 2012 and 2014, respectively to evaluate the program’s performance.
