The evaluation aimed to explore the extent to which the activity’s investments were associated with increased availability of quality malaria laboratory diagnosis; to understand barriers to MLDM interventions achieving the intended results and; to provide specific programmatic recommendations to the USAID Mission and the Government of Ethiopia for consideration in designing future programs to increase access to quality malaria diagnostic services integrated with other disease programs.
