Dr. Jusong Xia, President of United Imaging Healthcare (UIH), successfully concluded a two days official visit to Ethiopia. This visit follows the strategic partnership agreement signed between UIH, a leading manufacturer of advanced medical imaging equipment, and ABH Partners. This was Dr. Xia’s first visit to Ethiopia since the agreement was formalized, marking a significant milestone in the collaboration.

Throughout his stay, Dr. Xia, together with a delegation from ABH Partners, engaged in a series of high-level discussions with key stakeholders of the Ethiopian health sector. The ABH Partners delegation was led by Dr. Markos Feleke, CEO, and included Dr. Mengistu Tafesse, COO; Mr. Tesfaye Koji, Director of Alliance Medical Solution at ABH Partners and Mr. Yonas Birhanu, Biomedical Sales and Service Engineer of Alliance Medical Solution at ABH Partners.

The joint delegation held fruitful meetings with influential leaders and stakeholders, including:

The discussions focused on exploring how next-generation imaging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, can expand access to advanced diagnostics nationwide, empower clinicians with greater precision, and strengthen Ethiopia’s overall healthcare infrastructure.
