Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for Rights-Based Approach to Adolescent and Youth Development in Ethiopia Phase III

(July 2018 – June 2021)

The Joint Programme Phase III (JP-III) (2018-2021) mainly focuses on the provision of friendly and comprehensive sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, prevention of HIV/AIDS and gender-based violence (GBV) including provision of psychosocial support to the priority and vulnerable adolescents and youth aged 10-24 years. The target population  includes young female sex workers, domestic workers, children in the street situation, young people living with HIV, adolescents and youth with disability, as well as seasonal workers in the selected 20 woredas (60 kebeles) of six regions (Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, SNNP, Afar, Gambella and Addis Ababa City Administration) of Ethiopia with the potential for scale-upcountry wide.
