Finalising the SBC Training Package
UNICEF, Ethiopia; Finalising the SBC Training Package
UNICEF supports several programmes led by the Government of Ethiopia in the country, focusing on achieving results for women and children. UNICEF wishes to develop and roll out a cross-cutting Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) package for different levels of functionaries aimed at fostering a shared understanding of and technical guidance on the process, provision and implementation of SBC. To this end, UNICEF contracted a consortium of NCIS and ABH to provide services required to support the review of, edit, field test, design and finalize the draft SBC frontline workers and managers training manuals and Training of Trainers (ToT) guidelines (developed by UNICEF SBC Ethiopia Country Office team) to serve across different program sectors, geographical and cultural contexts as the situation allows. The objectives of the assignment would include reviewing the content and editing the SBC package, pre-testing the package on the potential audiences, and finalizing and designing the SBC package.
